Bounded records

2 edition records reference 4 attributable sources. Each record has a stable ID, provenance, substantive last-modified date, and publication state.

The page reads these records at build time. It does not scrape or generate guidance during a request.

03 / LANGUAGE PARITY

Same route, same IDs

BM and English use the same Java and Bedrock record IDs and the same four checklist step IDs. Wording is localized; the service contract is not reduced.
